Singular and little-known, this delicate rosé is a paradox of strength and finesse.

Aging was 75% in tanks and 25% in 3-year old Burgundy barrels for 9 months, then in bottle for 2 years to develop the complexity of the wine.

3,579 bottles were produced for the 2018 Vintage.

Appearance is a clear, red color with ruby glints. The nose is pure and intense fruit aromas of red currant, raspberry, black currant, wild strawberry, violet, quince, fresh almond, earth and peppermint notes. The palate is full and vigorous, with silky tannins and surprising length; a proud and joyful wine to be enjoyed with fine food.

Delicious to drink right now, but this is a truly fine champagne that aficionados will be able to cellar for around twenty years.
