This charismatic blended rosé from a selection of the estate’s vineyards expresses the generosity of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys. Clonal and mass selections of Pinots Noir vines from Champagne, Burgundy and the estate itself. Average age of the vines is 30 years.

Aging was at least 24 months on lees, disgorging with low dosage at 6 g/l to preserve purity of the wine.

Appearance is a clear, intense pink. The nose is expressive and complex with red berries, wild strawberries, raspberries, black currants, red currants and spices such as Sichuan pepper. The palate is full, delicious. very fruity, lively and structured with silky tannins. It has a long, dry and refreshing finish. 

Drink this wine within 3 years to enjoy its youthful qualities or wait up to 10 years for amore complex experience.
